 WTB: A Denning piece
« Thread Started on Aug 4, 2008, 10:52pm »

I am looking to buy one of Guyīs paintings, I am looking to spend around 2.5 - 3k depending on piece and size. Well, actually itīs a gift for my dad, he got cancer last year and as you all probably know itīs a difficult disease to live with. So this would be a gift from me and my brother, my dad is a huge Denning fan and this is the best thing we can do for him.

I have been looking at the Petit Mort for sale, but I am checking the market for now.

Pm me if you are considering selling. I live in Copenhagen by the way.

That would be an amazing gift for your Pops, I'm sure he would enjoy that more than anything... Just keep looking and one will pop up and keep checking with the Galleries...

Good luck and sorry to hear about your Dad, I know the feeling and went through the same thing with mine... :(

Yourīs is very lovely, but I have a few pieces I am looking at and Iīm gonna see what happens over the next few days.

I loved Nakba 2 but was too late.

My dadīs doing better now, but still we wanna do this for him as a thanks you for all the good times he has given us. When a disease like cancer getīs close, you realise a thing or two about the people you love.

People are strange indeed.

I am sorry to hear that man, just the word cancer gives me the chills.

How is he doing today?

My pops is doing better, but he still has to get injections, bloodtests and all those things, such an ugly disease and I wouldnīt want it for my worst enemy. Not that I have any, not that I know of at least. ;D

Thereīs a few pieces being considered, still testing the waters.
