A new WIP from Guy entitled 'I will show you fear in a handful of Dust'. The title is taken from T. S. Eliot's 'Wasteland' and I'm sure you'll all agree this is a belter You've just got to love that Red & Black Aitch

I like, but I think it would awesome if it were really dark as I'm not one for bright reds personally.

That is an absolute belter Aitch. Yet another classic title too. Striking character, great composition and I love the way the flag sucks up all the colour into the void at the top of the image with the point just in the eyeline of the subject.

Congrats redfred!!! and welcome to the prestigious denning owners club certainly bagged yourself a lovely piece!! As for framing ideas its certainly not my speciality my denning is in a plain (yet lovely) black wood frame. I suggest talking to photoxtc or one of the other guys with numerous amazing frame jobs!

Thanks for that Dan, ive got an extensive collection of Banksys, Micallefs, Neate, etc, but for some reason I am particularly excited about this one, and I think its worth mentioning that Sarah down at Redpropeller was an absolute star!

Welcome redfred.... Congrats!!! What a great piece....
I would just use a simple black frame and float mount it... this is such a powerful image, no need to take away from that with a real ornate frame...

Hi redfred, I'm plain jealous of your latest acquisition.
I am sure that this is one of Guy's best pieces this year..think you have a piece of Mr. Dennings mind there!
Fantastic
..I'd glue it directly onto a riot shield ;
think photoxtc's got the framing covered

Wow, redfred! Thanks so much for posting and well done on getting this gem. Although I think I'd have gone for a black frame the float mount and beveled edge set this off a treat.

Cheers scavos, If you could have seen the rest of the room you would have realised why I chose a dark brown frame, its full of prints in black frames and it was time for a change!!
