Here's a lovely drawing from Guy I just had framed up... ;D Museum glass, nice big fat frame with double black matting... Also framed this Micallef original (charcoal on board) the same to match...

What a beautiful pair of drawings set off perfectly in those frames. Is that micallef floated? Congrats fella. Both very different but go so well together. Could you post a photo of them both together if you have these hung near each other?

Could you post a photo of them both together if you have these hung near each other? Thanks Scavos... yes, the Micallef is float mounted, I didn't like how laz framed this up so I had my framer work his magic on it. We did use the same wood backing and float mount from Lazaride's framer but threw out their frame and glass then put the black matting, new frame as well as the museum glass, a must to do a Micallef charcoal justice... This Denning Drawing is a very special piece to me so I'm extremely happy to have this one finally framed up... I'm hoping Guy peeks in here from time to time to see what people are doing with his work... These aren't hung side by side due to the difference in size but are hung in the same room, they really do work so well together...
