Congrats on losing your Denning virginity bram! I very much look forward to seeing some pics when you can. Hopefully there's a few good snaps on here to give you some inspiration for framing. Photoxtc's museum glass looks like a more appealing option every time I see it. That said I personally like the idea of having an original open to the elements as it were especially when they are textured in the way Guy does it. I am yet to own one of his incredible canvasses, so as I say, I like the idea. :-)

Thanks scavos, I was thinking about that. Whenever I see layered canvases behind glass I feel like you don't get the feel of the piece. That said Photoxtc's frame and museum glass looks fantastic (just a bit pricey, we are all poor bstds up north you know). I think i'm gonna take my time a look around a bit. Will know better when it arrives but I'm tempted to go with a box frame and keep the canvas face open.
Glad to say the kids have grown up so no mucky paws around the house (apart from mine)
Has anyone seen any of the new canvases, apart from the one on the flyer?

Thanks Top.
I just hope it live up to my expectation.
I may sound like a bit of a loser hear but I printed it off on A4 and blue tacked it to the space where I'm gonna hang it. I think I'm turning into a teenager (mid life crissis?)

Have you seen this piece in person or any other denning Canvas in the flesh? If not, you are in for a treat, pictures never do a Denning canvas justice! Plus they smell so lovely, that's the only thing you lose with the museum glass

I wont take your money ;D Offer'er up to the wall is the only way! Once you get your piece, you will have an outburst of some description too..so as to let the chemicals balance out in your body from all this buzzin'!!- can tell from what you have written that you are flying out of your body! hehe! ;D A Denning is one of the best things in this world that money can buy..more importantly, its everything money is not.. that canvas is full of love,it will fill your world with happiness, give wisdom and make you think something good every time you look at it.. ..oh shi it..I'm flying too now.. ;D ;D ;D

'hope that it gets delivered ok' 'will it be worth much if i want to get rid of it?,will i get my money back or will it all have been a waste of time and money' etc etc etc! and/or.. Right, sorry to joke so freely bram, it will ease..well,just a little!! all part of the Denning experience old chap' ;D Once you've got it.. it goes something like this.. 'fookin'ell that really is an outstanding painting (permanent smiles, inane grins, euphoria, noradrenaline rushes etc) just take a second out of your life to look at this!!!' soon to be followed by.. 'd**n..I need another one now..' ;D ;D ;D Yep, I'm still suffering.. wouldn't have it any other way..marvellous! ;D

Crazy is the word Photo. The exhibition only finishes on Saturday and I guess it will only be shipped early next week. Don't worry the old digital camera will be dusted off so you can all see it. Just don't expect the framing to your standard
