Has any one got any ideas what the prices are going to be like at the 5 /11 show or know how many pieces there is going to be? Any information that will encourage me to drive 6 hours to get down there would be good.
Cheers

Driving down on Sunday and staying with a good friend in Bristol before continuing the journey on the Monday As for the originals, check out the 'latest Work from France' thread for a few images: guydenning.proboards81.com/index.cgi?board=general&action=display&thread=1191253812

does anyone know if RPG will be pre-releasing some of their originals for the 5/11 show for sale online? (similar to the art-file release) ... im in US and no way of going to the show, but would love at least the opp to purchase one of his pieces... at least i hopefully already have one from the art-file show in grasp!

Good evening all!
I think what they are doing is a sale of whats not sold, online the next day. I doubt there will be much though!

I cant see them bumping the prices up for the show Im gonna guess £350-£3,000

where's a good place to stay near anyone. Plymouth is just down the road, so I think thats your best bet for a reasonably priced place ;D

gutted i am going to miss this, just been on the phone, all the originals are going to be priced between £800-£4k, there will be prints at the normal rate, £195, but there may also be some prints sold just on the night of the show! cant wait to see the pic! red prop site is a little dark and doesnt really show dennings work as a result in the best light (pardon the pun...)

Hi Gary and welcome to the forum. Thanks for the post. Interesting to see what the likely prices of originals will be. That's also interesting to see they may have prints available only on the night. I still don't know if I can make it down there for the 5th but desperately want to go!

Check out the awesome twin towers piece up on Red Propeller's front page? www.redpropeller.co.uk/What do people think? Apparently this was another of those pieces that took Guy a long time to find the right frame of mind in order to finish it. I can imagine painting a piece like this would tear me apart emotionally.

Howdy Scavos 'Mr Moderator Sir' - (says in sarcastic posh, slightly jelous accent!!)
That 9/11 piece is very Ian Francis like IMO - not a bad thing

Hey Dave - you can get up off your knees now fella ;D. Just checked out this thread again and spotted your post. I agree, there is a touch of Francis in that piece. The muted colours esp. And I also agree the comparison is a good thing. Amazing piece.
