Ah..... you were the guy who got the deal of the year from NYC?! $5500 was the price yeah?! The guy who sold it told me he had made a huge mistake and should'nt have sold it for less than $10,000 but he stuck by his word on price.... so a huge well done to you (if I'm correct in everything I've just said)!

I had to turn him down on that price...just didn't have the funds....hope you enjoy it as much as I would have done...

Well done spencer and welcome! ..great start bud!! believe you have the better of the two (to hang that is )..both (see below) would have been nice yeah?! That is a very meaningful piece you have there.. ..not to worry about the print edition bud..does take something away, but adds a few quid for sure You picked up petit mort #6 too?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ..she is lovely 'carrefour des libertes' below, would sit very nicely in the same room! IMO, saw those at the 'not a penny..' Bristol and wanted both..I lie..all of the Dennings! 4 originals and mai 68 print.

I like this painting. It has a dramatic feel to it. Well done. ..just before it all gets messy I think bram..the bit where the rozzers get told to 'break up the fray' (riotous assembly etc). Or, that's how I think it pans out! One man waving the flag/banner etc for many others here..love it ;D Great piece spencer +1 (coz we can people!!) ;D ;D ;D (cue the oh yeahs! ;D) you can have another from me next time I log on too for petit mort #6!

Yes, that's the one......far and away the second best piece of work that Guy has produced On an unrelated note, I was in Andipa Gallery yesterday and they have an absolutely stunning half painted photgraph by Roy Lichtenstien.....it's huge (must be 6ft by 4 ft). Well worth a trip if you like his stuff. Also a nice big Faile Canvas, and a load of the Hirst Butterfly and Skull, one off prints........very nice!

It's a personal thing but my rule is keep it naked unless you can go for the mother of all frames.

Welcome spencer. What a cracker of a prep drawing you have there. With surely one of the best names for a piece of art to boot. Your petit mort is also beautiful. Congrats to you and +1!!!!
