There are some strong pieces there in my irrelevant opinion. However I have to say that I felt the work for Guy's last solo show "The Pharmaceutical Bestiary" was simply mind-blowing and my favourite collection of his paintings yet (5/11 and Same nuts Different Day also totally blew me away when I first saw those shows on the internet. Being in warm and sunny Brazil can seem like quite a curse sometimes) - and my most regretted missed show of last year without doubt. That's not supposed to demean anything since, just that it was a huge high for me in terms of the buzz I get from his work and will be tough to top IMO. Images of the pieces from the upcoming show and recent "Re-mix" event do look very nice too though. Talk about dark!: (I hope you don't mind me borrowing these images Guy, thanks)

Good call HC, my sentiments exactly but was loathe to say so after buying a piece from the Bestiary show ( didnt want to appear biased ), still fantastic but didnt have quite the same effect on me as that show, youve even picked out my favourite piece " Anytime, Anyplace ", will be interesting to hear other peoples comments as its all a matter of taste but for me I liked a higher percentage of pieces from that show than this, at the end of the day its what floats your boat!

Personally I can't draw any difference with regards to preference between the shows, there were some amazing pieces from the Bestiary show and I had my favourites, notably redfreds ano' debs amp crash, monkey pump varnish and my out & out fave, which I can't believe it hasn't been picked up yet, Haloperidol Holiday ( I think the monkey pump varnish is still up for grabs too) - and if I could afford to spend that much on a canvas I wouldn't hesitate in buying HH. These instantly stand out for me from the new lot: more so this one.. I would love to know the sizes and £'s. I can see Signal could be damaging to my wallet, three of my favourite artists are all having a show after one after each other, Guy, Russ Mills in May & C215 in June!

Just spent a happy 10 minutes looking at these again and Ive come to the conclusion that there are at least 3 pieces which would be jaw dropping in the flesh, but as you say Standard it would be very interesting to know sizes and prices. As for Haloperidal Holiday Ime in agreement with you that it is probably the best piece but as someone on the Banksy Forum pointed out the first time he saw it, " it frightened the life out of him " personally I love it but that could be the reason it hasnt sold!
