125...pah... get a real license! I had a CG125 for a year and it bored the hell out of me... I currently ride a Zx6R and hopefully going to get a ZX9R soon. You'll find they are actually easy to ride and I feel far safer on a big bike than a poxy 125 because you can accelerate out of danger and have far better brakes to avoid it. Enjoy 2 wheels whatever you do tho.

bikes arne't as expensive as you might think... the ZX9R I'm thinking about getting is £3k trade price, 19k on the clock, 0-60 in about 3 seconds and top speed around 170mph.... I much rather have a bike in my shed than a picture on the wall to be honest, I know what gives me the bigger buzz :-)

Old cars & tattoos are my mid life crisis ( I'm having mine early ;D ) and a recent purchase has a had quite an effect on my buying power for any art for some time, especially as it's a money pit. Maybe I should of got a 125 instead! I've always fancied a scooter though, an old Lammy.

Lovely Bug, As far as bikes are concerned I had 3 months in hospital after playing on one, probably just a crap rider but I think the roads are too busy for them now! Prefer the safety of a "tin box" !!! Any more pictures of "tin boxes"? No need to be as specialised as Standards, just your pride and joy!

You lot are starting to put me off now. I spent ten years putting peeps back together after bike smashes and thought bugger it ill have a go there seems to be a lot at it and don't knock it until you try it, tried it and pretty much liked it. I think ill give it a go when i get one eh? I will stick my 2 beamers on when i get a chance, not special but i have pretentious middle class number plates sorry BTC

Nice Merc and that Triumpth looks hard as nails. Very Thanks for the comments on the bug, any excuse to show it off! It was fully re-built around 5 years ago, nice bit of history to it, featured on TV with some record for engine changes in the 80's at shows for engine change speed competitions and has won the odd little thing here and there since. Now built as a Cal looker, Porsche nipples and a narrowed beam and slammed to the floor, 1641 in Sea Sand. It's almost perfect, need to put a disc brake conversion on it, sort out a few bubbles in the paint here and there. It's that low I drive like a pensioner! Slow & Low and ready for the summer shows and a holiday in Cornwall. Sadly none of it my doing, I just like to own them, drive them and pay someone else for all the hard work, which seen last week gulp £350 for a new clutch amongst a few other things. Really like that Minor Guy, do you still have it?
