Hey folks - Just spotted this on his site! I've been waiting for this for what feels like ages - Guy's whole catalogue of work now appears to be available to see again with his latest work there too! Check it out. Some amazing drawings there alongside the fine paintings. ;D Happy days! Edit - This is superb to see such a lot of new work at once! Just noticed too that Guy has got his own blind stamp. Nice touch. 2nd Edit - Just for starters... (hey that would make a good title for a painting!) Amazon Breton Youth Dark Wind Coming (business is just) Cheap Cosmetic Surgery Prep Drawing 0598 Prep Drawing 0592 Stunning!

Hi Bram
Ive picked up some 4 prints before, and when I saw Alisons msg re: affordable art fair, knew i had to drag my wife and 10 week old baby down to have a gander. We also got one of the sketches, which is similar to the charcoal head that was for sale. And after a few glasses of wine bought 2 of the Degenhardt canvases, which looked absolutely stunning.
now have a couple of months to try and raise money for the bristol show!

Good set of purchases there Billysport. Which drawing did you get?? Did anyone buy anything from Red Propeller last night?? Still couldn't bring myself to part with that amount of money for a drawing....... think I might regret it soon...

Congrats on your purchases billysport. Hope you can post some pics of your gains ;D. And congrats on your baby- just ten weeks old. We have one due in 4 weeks!! I was so tempted by those drawings but just don't have the funds at the mo. Guy's drawing is just as stunning as his painting imo. Was lucky to get No. 28 by Munoz though. It's good to get some of his fine work while it's still in my current price range.

LOL Bram! ;D
Yep first one billy. Hope to be following your example of the cultured path. Gotta be done. It'll also be a great excuse to go and see Forest play again too after all these years! I was in the stands shouting "Brian Clough's red and white army!" last time I went to see them!!! ;D ;D

Ah, but can you name another player who did the same? Scavos, I didn't realise you were the other forest supporter "We've got the whole world, in our hands"

Hey rhodesy - yeah that's me!! Oh that song - send shivers down the old spine. LOL! As for Keano bram, we should never have sold the legend that is Roy Keane. I met him and the rest of the team in a bar when they played a friendly against Jersey, (of all teams and places!). Chatted briefly with Keano and Psycho Pearce and had a top night! Happy Days. Brian Clough's red and white army! Just need the nipper to come along now and then it's season tickets, the lot!!

Saw Nottingham Forest in the late seventies..wee lad, but loved it. Coming from a rural area in Cornwall having never been to a 'city' before, it was nuts!

Ok, new pics will be up soon for the following pieces..
haloperidol holiday #0614 i'll not sing in your church #0609 oil sketch #0611 oil sketch #0612 oil sketch #0613
Haloperidol Holiday, is I assume, regarding schizophrenic patients being zonked out for, what could be, many many years (that'll be the holiday sorted then..) on this heinous drug from the 70's (?)
I've tried this out a few times personally in the past..not for a condition, but 'just to see & get wasted'' ..I was basically on holiday in my own little private world of my head..
Where other drugs failed, this one excelled..basically took away any f**king issues (creating its own)..proper nasty and ideal for keeping the individuals calm , quiet and less challenging - if able to stand that is(dose dependant)..just what the Doctor ordered..patient led care? ..not on your f**king nelly.. imo
Feel quite strongly about this one as you may have gathered.
This piece could be very dark indeed..
Anyone want a pop at the 'i'll not sing in your church'?
